Interesting contrast with a previous author (I can’t remember who) who suggested having a note book and always adding ideas to it was away to keep bad ideas alive

I suppose the main difference is the Perkins diary isn't about keeping any ideas for story, plot or character alive, good or bad. It's about identifying a worthy subject to write about.

Love this week’s newsletter! What great advice on finding and filing inspiration.

I'm also really enjoying Curtis' book and have nearly finished it so very excited to gear that he's progressing well with his second book.

Persistence and patience are so important when it comes to creating. Investing the time and getting guidance are key.
